ZOIDS EZ-016 Sabre Tiger, Schwartz Spec. model kit
ZOIDS EZ-016 Sabre Tiger, Schwartz Spec. model kit. 7,140 yen, due 01/09. How is it that Koto makes ZOIDS look better than takaratomy? Are they the same type of construction?

No. These Kotobukiya kits are fully-poseable plamo's. Think Bandai Gundam kit. They're NOT motorized.
...And some would say, thus, NOT Zoids. :/
Sure are pretty, though...

wow taking out the motor really helped and given how the Zoids Genesis stuff didn't seem like model kits so much a finished toy with clip on armour I'm happy to see this stuff
Transformer and other robot art by me on my DA site blitz-wing.deviantart.com
Just notice the sheer elegance of this toy!!!
A truly modelling masterpiece.
A work of art in plastic.
I'd love to see a Soul of Chogokin Daltanious with a Beralios (the robot-lion)with this elegance!!
I have the first version of the Koto Saber Tiger kit. Different color scheme and weapon system on the back. I have 5 kits from this line and they really shine. Excellent details and posability. They really are along the lines of a MG Gundam kit. I recommend them highly.
