I got this guy loose because I thought like he looked something out of Patlabor. However it's missing his rubber treads, so just imagine there are treads around the wheels.
The Blue Crab Runner is a small, diecast Hotwheel-sized vehicle for use in the Tomica Hyper City Line. It comes with figure Sora (not shown) and it came packaged both individually and part of a box set.
Its base is the Tomica No. 63 Maeda Seisakusho Mini Crawler Crane.
In addition to the missing treads, the Crab Runner has four articulated legs and a movable crane with a working claw. They pack a lot into these little vehicles.
