That image says 22cms. If so, I think that would make it the tallest non-combiner.
I've seen promo shots showing an opening cockpit as well as an opening foot, so a car can drive into it. There's no news about accessories, though.

I'm not planning on getting this, as I'm perfectly satisfied with my Bear Model sofubi, but for the sake of those looking forward to this guy, I hope they load the thing with diecast (as they've been doing a decent job of lately), but ALSO design joints strong enough to support that weight over time.
