Revoltech The Bat from The Dark Knight Rises Updated
This isn't a car, it's a Revoltech! Batman's tricked out VTOL craft from The Dark Knight Rises is getting its own Revoltech! No word yet on how much of it will have Revoltech joints but it does feature a removable canopy with a small Batman inside. The Bat will be about 15 centimeters long.
Diamond has given us information about the stateside release:
Batman is back in PREVIEWS featuring his hi-tech flying Revoltech “Bat”, seen in The Dark Knight Rises, and re-created by Kaiyodo. The Revoltech features a “Revolving Joint” allowing for easy action poses, making it the perfect collectible action figure that showcases itself and will be available for fans to get in comic book specialty shops late July 2014.
From the movie The Dark Knight Rises comes the Sci-fi Revoltech, #050: The Bat Vehicle (Item Code: JAN142132, SRP: 49.99, page 487) from Kaiyodo. This newest addition to the Sci-Fi Revoltech line uses the "Revolver Joint," to recreate a variety of action poses from the film. The Bat measures 5 3/4" long and comes with a display stand. It also features a detachable cockpit canopy where a small Batman figure can be seated.
"Revoltech" is a portmanteau for "Revolver Technology," in reference to the unique "Revolver Joint" articulation which all of the figures in this particular series utilize. This gives the figures a wide range of motion and stability, allowing for many dynamic and varied poses.

.... When I see it, all I can think of is a roach. but then again I have a pathological hatred for Batman and don't like anything that has his brand on it.
...and yet you have Bat ears in your avatar.
Those are cow horns for my viking helmet.
I forgot to mention something else in my original post here, and that is: Where are the Revolver Joints on this? I know Kaiyodo wanted to produce The Bat just because, but where is the "Revoltech" part? And don't tell me the rotors are it because I won't accept that.
