Blue Tortoise is pretty much a repaint of a real world vehicle, done up in Hyper Blue Police colors.
Its base is the Tomica No. 84 Ohara Iron Works Snowtiger Model SM30.
It Comes with generic driver figure when packaged individually, or alone as part of a set.
The body is entirely diecast and the treads are real rubber, and really move.
