Hello Kitty Power Rangers Car
Putting free toys into boxes of cereal is a practice almost as old as both industries. Few things will sell your morning munchies like the promise of a plaything hidden among the tasty flakes. Normally I don’t pay much attention to anything non-food related inside my cereal boxes but lately MEGA Brands has been running a promotion where you could get a cool car inside specially marked packages of General Mills cereals.
And so I bring to you a real part of this complete breakfast.
Honey Nut Cheerios are my go to for a good morning meal, and thanks to the good people at MEGA Brands I got myself a free car with my little O’s.
This is the real deal. No cheap folding paper figure or catalog for a mail away thing, this is a genuine Mega Bloks car.
The back of the box entices you further by listing all four available vehicles and showing how you can turn the package into THE MEGA JUMP!
“With the help of an adult…”
Hey, I’m an adult! At least I think I am…
These particular Mega Bloks cars come with a set of stickers featuring Hello Kitty and Power Rangers Pirate Fun Times.
This little car I received can be customized with decals of the popular cat themed idol or the Grrrrreeeeeeen Ranger!
The miniature racer is a sturdy plastic jeep that measures a little under three inches in length.
It has real rolling wheels and feels like it can take a pounding.
This is not a cheap feeling jeep.
The underside has all the necessary copyrights information. It helps kids learn about the world they live in.
The other side of the sticker sheet provides instructions where to put all the decals and what you can do with your vehicle.
You can break down the jeep into three components for building fun!
And as always, Mega Bloks will work with other brands!
After some careful deliberation, I decided to use as many stickers as I could from both sides of the sheet. This combination of Hello Kitty and Power Rangers is here to show that cool toy cars are for everyone.
There’s really a lot places for stickers to go even when you just follow the general instructions.
I now got my own pink n’ green mean machine.
With sweet rims, bro.
The inner chassis gives you places to put two “engine” stickers.
The hole in the hood allows you to swap out the engines so you can replace Kitty energy with Pirate power.
And now… let us see if this small car can truly MAKE THE MEGA JUMP!!
Eh… It sorta can.
The Mega Bloks free car is exactly what you would want in your box of morning mealtime fun. Highly recommended!
