Blurr

I can’t decide if I really like or really hate Armada Blurr. The Armada line had some great gimmicks with a lot of play value, and the toys were quite durable. Armada toys had a certain feel that made the line stand out amongst others. I didn’t buy any of the line at the time, but hindsight has made me appreciate the great aspects of the line.

So here we have Blurr. In car mode, he’s a futuristic racecar. He’s got two missile launchers that are easily lost. The missiles are launched by attaching a mini-con to one of the peg connectors.

Blurr’s minicon rides in the back. His name is Incenerator, and when added he triggers the wings to go down into flight mode.

Blurr’s robot mode is stocky and stiff. The arms are oddly weird to figure out, and rather tight.

Too much of the figure is devoted to the spring loaded wing action, so the entire back just hangs and weighs down the figure.
