Berserk Fuhrer
I have always liked the design of Zoids, but I never liked the fact that you couldn’t really do anything with them, They always seemed fragile, more like models than toys.
Enter the Kadoh-oh (King of Flexible) Berserk Fuhrer. This toy features an insanely articulated die-cast and plastic frame. Even without the armor, the toy is amazing. The joints are tight and stiff. See the plates on the neck? Each one moves.
The armor snaps on easily. I like the fact that the armor is not attached to any kind of sprue, so there is no cutting involved. Just pop the armor out of its tray and you’re ready to go.
Once you put the armor, you lose a little articulation, but not much. The arms get lost in all the armor plating though. The weapons system features articulated claw-like weapons that can be moved into any number of positions.
This is an awesome figure. I like the fact that you can actually play with it without fear of breaking it. The construction is so well thought out. I accidentally popped a leg off while getting armor on, but the leg just pops back in a socket.
Definitely cool.
