Buggyman was released in the Gobots line in two colors - Blue and Orange. This second color version was released in 1986 towards the end of the line, and felt like a filler. The paint was substantially sloppier, but otherwise the mold of the toy was the same. In the one used for these photos, one of the tail pipes has broken off, so be sure to check for that when looking at used versions.
Vehicle mode is identical, aside from color and the tire mold. However I think the tire mold can chance within the run of a regular release, so I don't know that I would call it a big difference.
