Master Grade Wing Gundam Proto Zero (Endless Waltz version) from Gundam Wing Updated

In the latest issue of Gundam Ace, Bandai has shown off line art and CAD pics for their upcoming XXXG-00W0 Wing Gundam Proto Zero. While this does appear to essentially be the long awaited Master Grade kit of the TV series version of Wing Gundam Zero, it seems as though Bandai is getting creative with the names. This Master Grade kit can transform between Mobile Suit and Neo Bird Mode. Coming December 2013 for 4,800 yen.

Gundam Wings

...I'm impressed with the color of the model's body. While it really is the closest we've come to the TV design, the "Version Ka/Endless Waltz" treatment to the wings seem out of touch with the rest of the design. I'm curious to wonder if Bandai has a back-up plan for a Premium Online Hobby Shop exclusive set of wings for making it into the Okawara version.

i told myself i would only get UC kits, but this looks really good! might have to get this and MG Epyon for an epic display!

now to figure out how im going to save for the new Sazabi coming out in december...
