HGUC Guncannon Revive updated
Bandai is making a modernized 1/144th scale Guncannon under the name of "Revive." This is the classic fire support Mobile Suit brought up to the same standards as recent High Grade Universal Century gunpla. It features more articulation and tweaked propotions. It comes with multiple hands and its custom beam rifle. Scheduled for release in June 2015 for 1,200 yen.
Bluefin Tamashii is releasing this new Guncannon in the US.
"To celebrate the 35th anniversary of GunPla a new subseries within the HG line is being released that updates models from yesteryear with modern proportion and new engineering. The first of these releases is the Guncannon, which started the HGUC line in 1999. The revive version features the “Kusabi gate” a type of injection molding technique that allows parts to be taken off the runner without need for tools! In addition new joint mechanisms allow for impressive display to recreate poses and movement true to its portrayal in Mobile Suit Gundam. Includes beam rifle and extra open palm parts.
