4Inch-Nel Series Rockman EXE

Sen-Ti-Nel is launching a new line of 4-inch action figures called 4Inch-Nel. The titular NetNativ from Rockman EXE includes blaster, sword, and battle mask face parts. Comes with display stand. Scheduled for release in August 2016 for 4,000 yen.
