Hasegawa 1:48 Scale VF-1A/S Strike / Super Valkyrie "Skull Squadron"

Hasegawa is retooling their existing 1:48 VF-1 Valkyrie kits into the impressive looking VF-1A/S Super / Strike Valkyrie "Skull Squadron" set. This large plastic model kit can be built as either a Super Valkyrie or a Strike Valkyrie with its signature double beam cannon. Features movable wings and loads of detail. Coming mid December 2013 for 5,400 yen.

Different vernier nozzles

Those aren't the original design of vernier nozzles. I wonder if those are how the production model is going to look, or if those are upgrade parts that someone shoved in there for the beauty photo?
