For the costume of a character, or a MH? 'Cause IMO I can't really see that comparison.

you serious?

now that you bring it up, it looks like both costume design and mecha design from FSS. big head on a thin delicate looking body? check, long oversize weapons? check, high heels with long pointy toes? check, long slender legs? check. should i go on? heck, even that little iage on the bottom left corner looks like a straight up homage to the boxart of one of my KOG model kits.
