Coyote Tango

Wish it had correct markings, like in the movie...

Like all the other Jaegers, the Coyote Tango is a very cool figure. However, like ALL the other Jaegers, NECA gave it the wrong markings. It was not a U.S. Air Force robot... it was Japanese! Yeah, I have no idea why the deviation from what they had in the movie, but it sure counts as a huge negative for these figures.

USAF Markings

It's got the USAF markings on it because I believe they used NECA used this piece of concept art as a guide, since you don't really see much of Coyote Tango in the movie.

It's been explained, but...

The USAF markings on what is actually a Japanese Jaeger kind of make sense. Japan doesn't have a powerful military due to the post-WWII treaties and in the early days of the fight against the Kaiju, it wouldn't surprise me if their contribution was an American/Japanese hybrid.
