This is a decent toy, but

This is a decent toy, but for some reson this design isn't fluid enough for me to treat him as the chara from the show, more like a concept or ver. Ka . Still think this line could give more accessories, this is just too dynamic chara to make him stand like that on the shelf...

YAMATO - GN-U DOU

This line of Super Robot toys is the best so far! The sculpt is far superior to KAIYODO'S REVOLTECH and the joints are unseen. I hate those large ball-shaped anime-inaccurate joints. Right now I'm looking forward to BANDAI's Soul of Chogokin Compact series.

In my opinion, Revoltech

In my opinion, Revoltech being compared lines like GN-U Dou, SR Chogokin, SH Figuarts, etc. is not entirely fair since Revoltech has always had its own style and way of doing things. As an extension of Kaiyodo's old mono-shaft toys, they are meant to always look dynamic and are meant to stay at your desk so you can fiddle with them. They are rarely perfect but usually very fun. By contrast, the other lines are an extension of the more classic action figure that attempts to capture the look of the given subject even at the expense of playability. Subject matter also plays a big role for me as I often look at reviews of the Robot Damashii Evangelion figures with little interest but the equivalent Revoltechs manage to make their way onto my shelves time and time again. And this is in spite of my general disinterest in Evangelion as a property.

really though, i just love the loleva

I also picked this up on

I also picked this up on clearance with free shipping as well af others in the line. I like the figures and I am kind of saddened that the line is dead. It had potential but the lineup was full of b listers. Evn still I liked em. My favorites in posession are the Goshogun and Baldios. I love the sharp matte finished paint apps.
