"CollectionDX is proud to host Destroy All Podcasts DX with Jeremy, Andrew, Feddy, and Mike, a podcast about anime and other asian media, as well as off-topic reviews in the occasional Destroy All Podcasts ST releases."
I knew we'd get a "HAWAAADOH MEISOOOON" with an Andrew hosted podcast.
I thought it was sort of strange(and unintentionally funny) when a character died in 00, someone had to shout out their full name. It really kills the dramatic effect.
I was waiting for the DARORU DOOJU! but that never happened. Poor Daryl.

Graham is a fellow robosexual.
Haha. Good show. Have to agree on the Best Haro moments too.
I found a picture of the 00 Gundam online around I think Super Robot Wars Hotnews page. I have to say I'm impressed with the design, like taking the Exia and putting it on Steroids. Or strip down Weltall 2 from Xenogears and give it two GN Drives on a backmounted shoulder harness. Looks good, can't wait to see what comes in Season 2.
EDIT:
I have some more stuff to help describe the series in my review for the Exia. I've figured out the controls finally and got it up http://www.collectiondx.com/node/2585

Anyone wanna bet that the dub for 00 (when it is released in the U.S.) is gonna be piss-water? To the best of my knowledge, I haven't heard a good dub from Bandai Visual... well, ever.
Edit: Oops. Bandai Visual is kaput. Bandai Entertainment and their "premium=web only sales and no dub" Honneamise label remains? I guess we might not see a dub anyway...
It'll probably be really bland like every Gundam dub with lots of random pauses in sentences just to make the lip flaps match. I mean, it's not like the show is going to be on TV so why not do a sub only mega-pack?
-Andrew
Wouldn't matter much to me. I'm only gonna buy the DVDs of 00 for a two reasons.
1. Most likely Blu-Ray release
2. Possible extras
I really wish Bandai would straighten up on their dubbing. The 0083, 0080, F91, and 08th MS Team dubs were still some of their best I don't care what people might think. But SEED's dub was just too "cutsie" and it got out of hand with Destiny. If they weren't the main cast members, it was the same guy voicing everybody; like the whole "Wear a Mustache" to be Guy A and "Wear glasses" to be Guy B thing.
At least 00 didn't have a songstress in its cast, otherwise we'd have another problem of High Pitched Voice Actress with the Low Pitched Singer again. Damn you Lacus Clyne. Damn You and your Cute Girl Arms Proliferation programs...

I bought 0080 on VHS, when you had to choose sub or dub. I chose sub, so I guess I missed out. I think Bandai was calling it's US distributor "Anime Village" at the time.
The only one of those dubs I've heard was F91. It was really... unmemorable. Aside from remembering Tony Oliver has a bit part and did a very non-informative commentary track I can't remember anything else about it. This is a good thing. It means it wasn't the audio equivalent of fecal matter like the U.S. Renditions Macross II and Orguss TV dubs.
A dub on an anime is more of a status symbol. It shows that the company really cares about the product to invest money in it and market it to a wider audience. When budgets get tight it's the first thing to go too.
I think a TV release to go with a dub would be more of a status symbol. Otherwise I think it's kinda superfluous.
