I never said I was a Zach Efron fan; in fact I've never seen him act. I just thought he looked a bit like him.
Not a generation gap either guys, I think I'm older than you two.
I was just thinking along the lines of Hollywood casting.
I think an unknown is also the way to go, or a young actor that is just not on our (elderly) radar.

I'm probably gonna take a lot of heat for saying this, but while I'm not a big fan of Hollywood white-washing films made from Japanese franchises, Selena Gomez would be a good choice for an American Minmay. She wouldn't even have to act.
I LOVED the Beast era of Transformers and am highly nostalgic for (the toys, not the show) it but I do agree much the Beast Hunters line looks like ass.
