Requires 3 AA batteries which can be replaced by unscrewing the panel at the bottom. Flick the switch and his whole body vibrates, his eyes light up, and he asks "Is that the best you can do?"
Released in 1999, it caused quite a stir with concerned parents and watchdog groups. The New York Times even did a write up which you can read here.
