Damage As Option

Great review! Shame about the parts issues. Did you dry some glue on the ends of the ball sockets for the power cables? Wouldn't be surprised if you could do the same for the ankles to strengthen the support.

I like the look of the damaged head, and it's decent of them to issue the figure with optional, completed, parts instead of having you break the figure down like you would with a model. Or worse, have an entire line of figures done exclusively in battle damaged looks.

I didn't try to glue the cable into place. Instead I was just more mindful of the cable when I was posing the toy. That seemed to work most of the time.

Speaking of breaking models. That reminds me of an EZ-8 model I bought when Toys R' Us had all their Gundam models on clearance. I opened the box to find out that the piece for the eyes was missing. So I ended up making a defeated EZ-8 out of it. I put a beam saber through its face and that solved the issue of it not having eyes.

But I would never do that with a Robot Damashii release.

Not Together

I didn't mean glue the parts together. I was suggesting that if the parts come off again: dry some glue on the ends where they connect when they are separated. Once they're dry, that should strengthen their connection.

Nice job on the EZ8! Sounds awesome.
