Mechagodzilla Bank
Review by JoshB
What you are looking at right here is the deal of the year. In 2014 Diamond Comics silently slipped this MechaGodzilla bank onto shelves at Toys R Us. It's marketed as a bank, but lets be honest, they made a slit in the back so they could make a vinyl without getting the license to make a vinyl. It's a 12-inch beast of metallic vinyl goodness.
The toy comes in a minimal box with the toy mostly exposed, secured to the bottom with zip ties.
From the front the figure is a little skinny but overall the proportions are pretty great.
See? Tall.
The detail in the face is great, with each rivet neatly defined.
There is articulation. You can move the head, arms and legs. Simple and sweet. But remember, it's a bank.
The hole for coins is just to the side of the fins and if you're not looking for it you'll miss it.
To retrieve coins, remove the head.
At $25 for 12 inches of robot monster vinyl, this is a no brainer. How could you say no to this face?

I got this too, it's an awesome alternative to Xplus!
