Medabots has always mystified me for it's insanely steep prices for figures on eBay. Even the smallest figures in the series can't be found easily for a single digit price and that has always frustrated me until a few years ago when I found a huge lot of them and got lucky!
Nin Ninja is a medabot with a well, "ninja" aesthetic. It's 2 inches tall, and as far as figures of such small stature go, the paint work is done exceptionally well! All of his important details are here and look pretty in tune with the anime. Even his weirdly bent wrists are here, and they can swivel! But they do come off easily.
Articulation is a short story, as Nin Ninja only has 6 points. The head, arms, waist, and wrists swivel 360 degrees but don't lend themselves to any dynamic poses which is perfectly excusable considering what these parts are meant for. You can remove the head, arms, legs, and body to be switched out with other figures in the line just like in the Medabots video games. This feature takes these figures from ok to great, as you can mix and match parts to your hearts content! Also their really cute.
Nin Ninja's 2 inch tall size means other figures like Star Wars or deluxe transformers completely tower over him!
By his own merits, Medabots Nin Ninja is perfectly serviceable on its own, but when you factor in its compatibility with other figures it makes for a great addition to your medabots collection.
