Sonokong is a Korean toy maker, who is the official manufacturer of Takara products in South Korea. All Sonoking Transformers, Brave series etc.. are officially licensed by Takara, and are often exact duplicates with identical quality.

This character was designed by Kunio Ohkawara. You can definitely see the similarity with some of the characters he designed for G Gundam.
