The Time Force Megazord was a radical departure in Megazord design. 5 separate ships combine to form 3 separate modes, and when combined with the Time Shadow Megazord can form up to 6 separate modes.

Known in Japan as the Time Robo (from Future Task Force TIMERANGER), the Time Force Megazord is constructed of high quality diecast metal and plastic. Although the metal content is minor, the toy still has a good solid feel.

The Time Force Megazord is made up of 5 vehicles called Time Flyers. Each Time Flyer is color coded to correspond with its ranger pilot. You can open the cockpit on each vehicle and sit a pilot inside (pilots sold separately). Each vehicle also features working landing gear. The 5 Time Flyers can combine into one ship called Time Force Megazord Jet Mode.

You can also combine the 5 Time Flyers into 2 distinctly different Megazord modes. Time Force Megazord Mode Red is a stocky, powerful looking mode, built for strength. It can hold a shield (made out of the leftover parts from the combination) and the Time Sword. The sword has adjustable blades. Time Force Megazord Mode Blue is a sleeker Megazord, which uses a weapon called the Timejet Blaster. For some strange reason, this blaster was not included with this version of the toy. Instead, it can be found with the smaller plastic version of the toy.

Adding the Time Shadow Megazord into the mix creates two more Megazords: Shadow Force Megazord Mode Blue and Shadow Force Megazord Mode Red. For even more play value, the Time Force Megazord can ride on the back of the giant Quantasaurus Rex.

The Time Force Megazord came packaged in 2 different boxes. The first release came packaged alone in a solid green box, and it was later re-released as a Toys R Us exclusive 2-pack with the Time Shadow Megazord.

There seems to be little difference between the Japanese release and the domestic release of this toy. The only major change is in the sticker on the chest of Megazord Mode Red. The Japanese release appears to be a holographic-type of sticker as opposed to the plain chrome of the domestic version.

The Time Shadow Megazord comes from the show " Power Rangers Time Force". In Japan, the show is known as Mirai Sentai Taimurenja (Future Task Force Time Ranger). The Japanese version of the Toy is known as Time Shadow.

The Deluxe Time Shadow Megazord transforms into two modes. It can transform from Megazord mode to Deluxe Shadow Winger Mode. The Deluxe Time Shadow Megazord can be combined with the Deluxe Time Force Megazord to create two more Megazord modes; Deluxe Shadow Megazord Mode Blue and Deluxe Shadow Megazord Mode Red.

The giant gun on the Roof of Time Shadow is known as "ProDivider"
