Yes, that’s right, a RECOGNIZER toy! How cool is that? The recognizer actually has two modes; flight mode and attack mode, where the legs come together to smash opponents. Medicom really pulled this off well. They even managed to make the parts of the toy look like they were floating by using a piece of clear acrylic to hold it all together. Genius.

The Lightcycle is equally cool. While smaller than the TOMY version, this Lightcycle still looks just like it did in the movie. The canopy is removable, but there is no seat for a figure. One cool addition is the addition of a motion trail. It’s a plastic piece that replicates the trail left behind the Lightcycles as they raced around the game grid.

The warrior figure is your average Kubrick. The sculpt and paint are great, and it comes with a staff.

I got lucky with this set. I stumbled upon it on a clearance shelf in a Tokyo Toy store for a measly 500 yen. Now I have to hunt down the other sets….

Medicom Toys of Japan released Old B.O.B. as part of it's Disney Kubrick line.
He comes from series 5, and you have an 8% chance of getting him (The boxes
are not marked as to which figure is inside.). Disney introduced a Maximillian
figure in wave 6, so we can only hope for a
 V.I.N.CENT.
 in wave
 7. these
are the first new Black Hole toys since the Mego toys from the 80s.

Old Bob comes packed in a small box, wrapped in plastic, His only accessory
is the clear stand, and you have to assemble his one leg. He has virtually
no articulation, save for his rotating head. It's a beautiful sculpt, although
a little cleaner than he looks in the movie.

:

This 3 pack was sold to promote the 2001 film "Battle Royale" starring "Beat" Takeshi
Kitano. It features 3 characters - Kitano (played by Takeshi Kitano) an unnamed
male student, and an unnamed female student. Kitano comes with a butterfly
knife, the male comes with a shotgun and the female comes with a handgun.

Also included in the set is a map of the island and a green LED pen light,
both enclosed in a clear vinyl zip-lock, that looks just like the one they
 had in the movie.

These kubricks also came packaged singularly, with battle damage stickers.
you could stick little wound stickers all over the figure to replicate your
 favorite scenes from the movie.

:
