We've all seen this one around, but I never actually owned one until now.

While not a great toy on it's own, all collections must start small so this little Kong was a worthwhile pickup for cheap money.

How does one go about building a nice toy collection?

Hard work? Spending foolishly? Building a network of friends in the hobby?

All those things help...but I'm a big fan of good old fashioned dumb luck!
