Sanjeev, I'm jealous!

I saw these new parts on Onell's website, they totally rock. I wasn't sure when/if they'd be getting a wide release, either...good to know that they will eventually. Though in the meantime, I'm still envious! About some of those glow parts, too; they don't even sell Adromeda Pheyden anymore!

Glyos figures are something I would have a ton of, if only...(*sigh*) my mom would let me use her credit card more often, ha! It's been several months since I tried contacting them about other methods of payment, so maybe I'll try again soon. But for now I still have plenty of fun with Wraith Pheyden and a few extras that Josh was nice enough to include :)

They look like they are made of Chocolate and Gummi candy!

Great toy!

Hey, those look neat!

They look like bosses from Mega Man.

bags/boxes?

Nice intro/review Sanjeev! Are the figures now coming standard in bags with header cards, instead of boxes, or are those just the special ones?
BTW, how's that old arch nemesis doing? heh.

Gareth, they're definitely

Gareth, they're definitely getting wider releases soon. And, from the scuttlebutt I hear, the Buildman's pretty close, too. They should be a potent combo!

Yeah, Leonardo, we definitely joked about the possibility of injection-molding gummi Pheydens! Of course, we'd end up eating up all the product before it even hit the streets! :P

RobotBastard, yeah, they do have that Mega Man aesthetic, huh? I think it works really well...and with the modularity of the figures' parts, the combinations you can come up with could replicate a whole army of unique bosses. Honestly, I'd probably be more interested in something like that than all the crazy Glyos constructions I've seen on the web.

Don't get me wrong--I love Reflex Suits and whatnot, but I'm more interested in upgrading the existing characters like above.

Then again...it could just be that I don't feel confident enough to come up with something like this yet!

Oh, Jon, from what I gather, the new wave figures will come with bags and header cards. I love the older boxes, but I sorta prefer the bags--*much* easier to store! As for that arch nemesis...she's been pretty quiet as of late, now that ya mention it. Saw her a couple weeks ago at Onell HQ, but I think she was too tired to start anything! ;)

I ordered the Special Phase

I ordered the Special Phase Arm Pheydon and Sarvos too, and they're great! And yes, Matt even threw in a few unexpected extras... Really cool guy, really cool stuff. These Glyos figures are in a class of their own. My army is slowly, but surely growing. :-D

Sanjeev, I found the Warp Zone for the limited Pheydon and Sarvos, but I never saw anything for the Metran Pheydon! I love that color scheme. Where was the link for it? @.@

Huh. Bizarre!

I coulda sworn that "Metran" Pheyden (in Dougram colors, by the way!) was part of the "real-type" wave...but now that I'm checking the site, I'm not seeing anything on him. Matt just tossed one in with my order.

I'd shoot them an e-mail to see what's up!

...

And in other news, I hear that Buildman may actually be here sooner than the Phase Arm and Gobon Blaster! :P

Man, I sure hope we see Buildman (and Gobon, himself!) by Toyfair/NYCC.

Man, I didn't even catch the Dougram homage. Nice!

Well as Gareth has pointed out, it's now available in the Warp Zone section. So I just placed my order. Looks like there are a few other new features on the site as well. Cool new Pheydon shirts, a "Junk pile" section to buy random assortments of parts, and who knows what else. (I don't always find all the secret links, apparently :-P)

I remember seeing pics of that Buildman figure. Looked like it's going to be a cool character.

Awesome, REX. I was so excited when I saw YouTube user "PassionOfDeo" mention that the Warp Zone was open. And I was able to get my brother to let me use his PayPal for a nice swift transaction.

Can't wait!

Re: Junk Shop!!

Yeah, I thought this was a neat idea. I could see myself spending a pretty good amount of money stocking up on "junk". I'd love to get lucky and score some old glow parts that aren't being sold anymore (non-red, non-Crayboth glow parts; like a Pheyden head).

Metran Pheyden is part of

Metran Pheyden is part of wave 5, which has only been released in previews at this time, and as the special edition with red Phase Arms a couple weeks back.

Glyos has one of the best values for the dollar, if you go for the design aesthetic. Buildman is going to make building things soo much easier.

Been wondering when you were gonna chime in, Kent! ;)

Thanks for the background on Metran. There's a LOT of new stuff in the works now that I think about it. Folks, stay tuned because there's a lot of surprises in store for Glyos fans...and not just the highly-anticipated Buildman!

I have to get some of these...

That dimension and reverse pheyden are giving me the 'buy me' look...also the $10 for random bits is definitely appealing these are nice and affordable and look great. I already have some ideas of some things to build.

Here's wishing for a good bit of Christmas cash.

Cool figures!

Well I recently got some of these in the mail! Being a longtime fan of weird toys, little action figures (Transformers, Battle beasts etc.. you know, the typicall stuff) I found these on the internet! Browsing around a bit for cool toys (believe it was a link on skullbrain.org) I fell in love with them!

And nice service over the mail! Cause shipping costs were pretty high, so I got a couple of extra figures and parts :)

Indeed, Onell's service is top-notch!

Congrats on the new discovery! I was never THAT into Micronauts as a kid, but I'm told that old-school fans of the Micronauts are WAY into these.

If you haven't checked it out already, peep the October Toys Glyos forum!
