There were 2 versions of the 12" Lt. Motoko Kusanagi doll released. The one you see here is a camoflauge version and there was also a black leather version.

The toy was imported to the USA by Toycom and Distributed by Diamond Comics Distributors. It was manufactured in Japan by Yamato Toys as part of their Alpha figure series.

Motoko Kusanagi comes with 3 guns (Seburo K-1C, Seburo K-287-4C and Seburo C-25A) and an extra set of cybernetic hands. Her outfit is cloth and she even has underwear on undereath. In case you are wondering, yes, she is anatomically correct.

The toy is pretty poseable. Some of the joints are a bit loose, and the suit restricts some movement.

Overall, a cool toy.

Now I just have to figure out how to explain to my wife what I was doing posing dolls in the basement...
