Good Coverage

I ALWAYS read reviews at CDX. It fun and give some knowledge to me. I may not collect legos, but read their reviews always a great experience. It's like you get a hold of them without actually buying them. As for exo-force, when I was kid, I watched Exo-squad and dreaming having one of those cool exo machine. Well now Lego pave the way. Just when you're marriage and have a house to pay for next 10 years, you gotta be picky with your spendings. But honestly, your reviews rock! Keep up the good work.

It doesn't seem like

It doesn't seem like Exo-Force really features unique parts other than minifig designs. It's only in this 2008 line that things like those hybrid-material plates have appeared that seem to be uniquely-suited to the line. Other than that...
I've never though of most of these sets as hollow. Missing some meat on the bones, certainly; but not empty shells like the Drive Section of the HRT is. For example, the Golden Guardian that I covered was a nice bulked-up Battle Machine, it was the joints for the shoulder armor and the left shield arm that screwed it up for me. Same with the Grand Titan from 2006- nice bulky look, but weak on armor around the legs, and the arm joints were weak as well; but overall a good design. With the Sonic Phantom, yeah, the hollowness factor hurt it a lot, but on the Aero Booster you could overlook it easily, and they also took steps to hide it as well; which is yet another reason I liked it so much.

Well the thing is , I've been building with lego all my life.
Even right now I'm a member on several forums, and I occasionally build something ( space ) .
But when I get a offical set I dont buy it for the set, very rarely do I even put it together. I buy them for the parts.
You make a good point about this thig being hollow, that's a problem that all exoforce sets have IMHO.
Exoforce is my main source for juicy parts though , too bad the whole line is getting discontinued...
