At the bottom of that article, there's a sample pic of two prototype vehicles in minifig-scale. I don't know "<em>Speed Racer</em>", but I do know Lego- and like their <em>Star Wars</em> line, these look good! According to Toy News International Lego has secured the rights to produce sets based on scenes and vehicles from the upcoming "Speed Racer" film! At the bottom of that article, there's a sample pic of two prototype vehicles in minifig-scale. I don't know "Speed Racer", but I do know Lego- and like their Star Wars line, these look good! (Depending on how I like the film, it may convince me to get a few; I'm on the fence right now...)
