This is probably one of the crappiest Voltron / Dairugger bootlegs I have ever come across. It’s based off of the LJN Vehicle Force Assembler, a rubber combining Voltron (which was in turn based off of a Popy Toy).

This toy comes from somewhere in South America, I think it was Argentina. It was shipped in a sealed plastic bag with no header. There are no identifying marks of any kind on the toy.

This is an unbelievably bad toy. It barely deserves to be called a toy. If it wasn’t for my obsession with all things Dairugger, I never would have touched it.

So how bad is it? Just take a good look at the pictures. Each piece has leftover plastic from the molding process, and the detail is terrible. The bootleggers also included the sword for the figure, but failed to make any kind of hole in the hands for it to fit into.

I’m assuming this toy comes apart like the Assembler toy, but I am not even going to attempt it. This toy is made out of a hard waxy plastic, instead of rubber. Who knows what would happen. For all I know, this toy was made to smuggle drugs into the US.

Avoid at all costs, because nobody can be as sick as me when it comes to Dairugger.
