Toy Fans Team up to Keep A Child Alive at this year's Power-Con Convention
Fans of Thundercats, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, He-Man, and She-Ra  gather again this year to celebrate some of the most popular & enduring Toy and Media franchises of all time at the 3rd annual Power-Con/Thundercon convention. This year promises to be the biggest ever with the addition of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles License.
Fans will enjoy unique Art and Displays, Guest Speakers and Voice Actors, Many Vendors and Panels as well as the opportunity to raise money for children of the Keep A Child Alive Foundation by participating in this year’s Power-Auction
This year’s Power-Auction will be held on Saturday, September 14, 2013 at the Torrance Marriott South Bay, Torrance, California beginning at 3:30 PM. Power-Con has again teamed up again with Auction Company TheBigToyAuction.com to provide online and floor bidding on the many Art Pieces, Prototypes, Custom Figures, Prints, Scripts, and More donated by the Artists and Creators of these celebrated toy lines. Proceeds from the auction benefit the Keep A Child Alive Charity for children affected by AIDS and HIV.
Floor bidding begins at 3:30 PM PST. Preview, registration, and real-time online bidding are available at http://TheBigToyAuction.com/Power.html. Contributing artists include The Four Horsemen, Joe Amato, Hunter Knight, Tony Washington, Eamon O’Donoghue, Kenny Byerly, Larry Kenney, Spy Monkey Creations, Tweeterhead, Tom Tataranowcz.
