Frame Arms kits from Kotobukiya

Frame Arms are described as "Multi Assemble Mechanical Units". these kits are built around a common frame system, allowing you to mix and match kits to create your own... creations.

The figures have their own backstory, which if you could read Japanese, you could check out here

Each kit is about 15cm and will retail for 3,000 yen. Due in October 2009.

I LOVE the first one on its

I LOVE the first one on its own merits as a mecha, and I like the idea of a common awesome frame, but don't know if I'm nearly bright enough to ever create my own design on the frame.
