I'm no expert on Sentai Mecha, but did Gokai-oh loose a lot of weight during his SRCfication compared to Shinken-oh?
Well, the five DX Gokai Machines aren't all that slim, so they obviously took some of the baby fat off of it. That makes it more like the agile fighter it truly is in the show.
Hmm, they put the over-the-shoulder armor ONTO the shoulders just like on the stunt suit. Interesting.
Visually not as striking as Shinken-Oh, but I'd still be willing to get one of these. its also interesting to see how they dealt with the compartment doors- specifically on the arms- for the Gokai Star Burst finisher.
C'mon, Galaxy Mega! <3
The Galaxy mega was the original name of the Astro megazord?
I am SO with you. I loved that thing back when I watched Power Ranger! Especially when it grabbed a lobster monster by the 'whiskers' and beat it's face into the ground. ^_^
The Astro Megaship is *my* Millennium Falcon. <3
Sure. And while they're at it, how about a SRC Daizyujin and whatever the Japanese name for the Shogun Megazord was?
Shogun Megazord = Muteki Shogun
Ehh, I think if they held off on Daizyujin a little because people are still looking for the Retrofire Mighty Morphin Megazord. When demand for that drops enough, *then* move in with a SRC Daizyujin.
OMG, I *just* thought of an awesome mecha they could go with: Senpuujin. 8D
Ah, that's it! I always liked Muteki Shogun's sheer girth and presence.
I had recently started watching a bit of Ninja Storm, so I know that the Storm Megazord = Senpuujin. (in the show, at least...) That wouldn't be too bad to see in SRC form, and could also be sort of an army-builder. (since it creates an illusion of two copies of itself as part of its main finisher.)
Ooh, bigger pictures. Now I REALLY want it!
Those elbow joints look a bit too puny for the arms, but considering the success they had with the Shinken-Oh, I think it should work out okay here.
