Soul of Chogokin Muteki Robo Trider G7 Updated

Does Trider G7 fight to maintain a good image for the company? No! He fights to protect all of Earth! It's the Invincible Robo Trider G7! This long awaited Soul of Chogokin finally has a release date and price. Its head can detach and transform into Trider Hawk, Trider Marine, or Trider Mobile. You also get a non-transformable head for a seamless presentation. The main figure can transform into Trider Eagle, Trider Cosmic, or combine with a set of tracks to become Trider Caterpillar. It can also attach to the Trider Fort Base! Coming June 2014 for around 27,000 yen.

At last, the long awaited dream release of the seven step transformable Trider G7 becomes a Soul of Chogokin diecast robot reality!  With three transformation gimmicks (Trider Hawk, Trider Mobile, and Trider Marine) in the head area alone, this super dynamic diecast robot action figure release will showcase all the latest in Soul of Chogokin technology.  Other transformation highlights include the Trider Fortress, Trider Cosmic, Trider Eagle, and Trider Vehicle forms!  In addition, a full array of weapons and interchangeable parts are included for a recreating a variety of situations, and for seamlessly facilitating all of Trider G7's transformations. Coming July 2014 for $229.99.

This is great news. I am a little confused on the price I would have assumed this is Danguard scale but at $100 more is it bigger? Anyone know if we are getting anything for the extra $130?

Possibly slightly taller - which means that Fort Base is going to be HUGE.

Danguard was 190mm tall,

Danguard was 190mm tall, Tryider will be 240mm tall and when fully combined with the trailer be 440mm long.

I @&$);! love Bandai this thing just looks better and better. I was satisfied with Danguard but this is even better. I cannot wait to mess with this, real tank treads, this looks like insane playability. I must have two.
