I think it's supposed to be G1 Ravage.
It's a red cheetah.
Think of this toy as a modern equivalent to the DX RyuuseiOh from 1993's "Gosei Sentai DaiRanger" (Dlx. Red Dragon Thunderzord)- it can transform on its own and is operated by Buster Red, but can merge with the other rangers' mecha to become the main first robo, Gobuster Robo.
...
On a separate note, it has been revealed that two more core GoBuster rangers have been sighted in the last few weeks- Green and Pink- with their own unique weapons and henshin devices (a CELL PHONE that changes into a gun, Kamen Rider IXA anyone?)
This, unfortunately, is following in the footsteps of 2008's "Go-Onger", where the core team of three added two new rangers just after the first few episodes, and it was supposed to be considered a team of five, rather than two separate teams. Many are speculating that "GoBuster" is going to be a remake of "Go-Onger" since the latter wasn't that successful in either toys or the show's ratings.
...This also leads to speculation that Toei, Bandai, and PLEX may begin rehashing old series for newer ones since they can't come up with anything new for the present.
Actually the next rangers will be silver and gold. BeetBuster and StagBuster. The new Bandai toy catalog pics, that came out last week, confirmed that. To start comparing this to Go-Onger right away is completely unfounded. It could be more like Liveman, Gekiranger or Hurricanger, all three excellent examples of fine Tokusatsu. I really expected more than "Rangerboard Speculation" from Collection DX.
I'm not a member of Rangerboard, nor do I follow it closely in any way, and I take much of what they say with a pinch of salt.
this reminds me of dairanger. This is the first time in a long while i have want the the mech from a sentai
I just hate how Go Buster Ace has such large thighs. It makes him look, less humanoid. Beside's that, Go Buster Ace is a nice collection.
