The Imai Files (MOSPEADA/Southern Cross)

Ever the Sleuth, our buddy Roger has long been working on a compilation of never before seen design works for Mospeada and Southern Cross. He discovered this stash in a warehouse in Tokyo, and has compiled the findings into a free PDF you can download.

Trust me, if you are a fan of Mospeada, Macross, or Southern Cross, you have GOT to check this out.

Visit the site and download the document here. It's a fascinating read!

this is an epic discovery

this is an epic discovery and piece of scholarship. Macross and its variations are unparalleled in their richness of documentation. Thanks so much for sharing, Roger and Josh!

Except Gundam and Star Trek

i donated a decent amount, a bargain for something I'd have to import in a book release that I'd have bought anyway.

I'm just curious if there is any copyright protection still binding these works. It would be a shame to see them lifted and used elsewhere by unscrupulous types.
