Moemoe Block Hyper Armord Block Rex Limited Camouflage Version

I'm still not sure what Moemoe Block is, but it seems really expensive for something not that big from a line I've never heard of. I think its supposed to be modular?

Anyway, its from Yamato, Due Feb 2009. Made of ATBC-PVC, ABS, retails for 7,800 yen.
