Bome's Sexy Anime Styling Soars with New Statue
The anime and manga motifs are hotter than ever, as displayed through the new Bome: Halloween-Chan Figure, available exclusively in North America through Diamond Comic Distributors!
Bome is a famous Japanese sculptor who, for many years, created popular garage kits (home-made kits or statues, often created in the garage or workshop, that are made in small, limited numbers), and then went on to work with Japanese toy manufacturer, Kaiyodo. Most well-known for his sexy, anime-style women, Bome is regarded as a "fine artist" by his many fans, and even hosted an exhibit of his works in early 2001 in Paris, France! Now, fans of sexy anime and alluring art can exhibit their favorite artistic styling with this new figure.
Imported from Japan, this floating Halloween-Chan measures approximately 6 1/2" tall (with no articulation) and is the fourth figure in the "Monsieur Bome Collection." Scheduled to ship in April 2005, this is one figure that no import toy collector or anime/manga fan will want to be without.
Classic Game Celebrated through King of Fighters Statue
A brand new statue depicting a fan favorite character from the classic video game, King of Fighters '97, will hit stores this spring, and it is available in North America exclusively through Diamond Comic Distributors!
King of Fighters is one of the longest-running fighting-style video game series of all time. Made of high quality PVC, this pre-painted statue was sculpted for Kotobukiya by Hironori Tokunaga, and stands approximately 9" tall (1/7 scale). Scheduled to ship in May 2005, this statue is a can't-be-missed collectible for fans of video games.
Calling All Kamen Riders
Two new action figure series based on one of the most classic Japanese hero franchises, Kamen Rider, will soon be available in North America through Diamond Comic Distributors!
Starting around the same time as Ultraman, the Kamen Rider series is every bit as long-lived and prolific as the silver giant! Created by Shotaro Ishinomori, Kamen Rider was the first "henshin tokusatsu," where the hero morphed from his normal identity to his superhuman one. Since the first show aired in Japan in 1971, the Kamen (or "Masked") Rider series has featured 20 different incarnations! The influence of the show has carried over through generations, and now fans of the series and related shows can add all new Souchaku Henshin (transforming armor) Kamen Riders to their action figure collections.
Imported from Japan and coming from Diamond Comic Distributor's new partnership with Bandia Japan, both the Kamen Rider Souchaku Henshin Classic Action Figures and Kamen Rider Souchaku Henshin Modern Action Figures contain 5" tall action figures that feature incredible articulation, removable helmets, and some even contain die-cast armor pieces. Not available in Mass Market outlets, each Kamen Rider figure includes character-specific accessories and weapons, and comes in an illustrated window box package. The Classic (1970s) series includes Kamen Rider (1971), V3 (1973), Amazon (1974), and Stronger (1975). The Modern (2000+) series includes Blade (2004), Faiz (2003), Kuuga Mighty Form (2000), and Ryuki (2002). Scheduled to ship in May 2005, these are two action figure sets that no fan or collector should be without.

Trigun is one of the hottest anime properties on the market today. The hit show has satisfied its fan base with a popular product line that includes videos, DVDs, T-shirts, statues, and actions figures.
