Press images for the MMPR diecast "Legacy" Megazord spotted in the wild!
Saban and Bandai of America have said that they are going to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Power Rangers franchise in a very big way. Part of this includes releasing updated versions of some of the much-sought-after toys from Mighty Morphin Power Rangers.
One of these toys is the combining Megazord. The official pictures of the updated "Legacy" Megazord have surfaced, and it looks purty! This Megazord is said to include some diecast content. So could this be like a SOC Megazord? Only time will tell. No word on pricing yet. So just stare at the pictures and wonder at how glorious this may turn out to be and just how much it is going to hurt your wallet.
Update- According to the preorder page on the Canadian Toys R Us website, the price of this will be 59.99 in Canadian dollars. So expect a similar price in good ol' America bucks. Release date is 03/09/2013 for Canada, with the release date for USA to follow.

It looks like pre-orders are only being offered on the Canadian Toys R Us website as of right now.
It's the same cheapened mold from last year's e-showing of MMPR. Who the heck wants a Megazord that is not compatible with the Dragonzord?
It does seem to be re-using the molds that were used for 2010. With that relase, Bandai of America had planned a 2010 Dragonzord, which was later cancelled. Maybe this time around BOA will actually come through for the fans and release a Dragonzord that can combine with the Legacy Megazord.
