Tamashii Collectors Myth Cloth for Sagittarius Aioros is 560mm by Bandai, 105,000 yen, or 1,102.40 USD. Yikes.

And slightly less expensive, also from Tamashii Collectors, S.I.C HERO SAGA VOL.3 ?DARK SIDE? is only 46,200 yen, or about $480 USD.

1,012.40 dollars? Why so high? Is that toy made of gold or something? I mean what's the deal here?

Well, its 22 inches tall, likely twice as long, and is likely metal plated. I mean look at the size compared to the lamp in the picture. This is part of Bandai's attempt to develop a "lifestyle" brand outside of toys.

Base has LED lights, armor is gold-plated (or gold-like). Limited edition with serial number plate.
