Hot Toys Iron Man Mark XXXVIII Igor

It's pronounced, "ee-gore." Hot Toys is outdoing themselves again with this massive figure of the Iron Man Mark XXXVIII "Igor" as seen in Iron Man 3. Don't call it the Hulkbuster, this massive 1/6 scale figure of Tony Stark's prototype heavy lifting suit is approximately 43 centimeters tall and comes loaded with all the features one expects of a Hot Toys shellhead. He has light up eyes and repulsors in addition to numerous moving joints and flip out panels in the spine area for when Igor really needs to put his back into it. Price is around $509.99 and is set to ship in October.

OMG that's a lot of money for

OMG that's a lot of money for a non die cast Iron Man figure, even if it is 43 CM tall. If i recall, the Iron Monger was as big as this and had way more features. Also, the upcoming Robocop figure is said to be loaded with die-cast and sound affects and yet is 100$ cheaper than this. I'll admit the design looks cool but I'm not sure if it justifies the 500$ price tag.

This looks Amazing!!

$508 is a hefty price!!
Extra dough must be in the paint application or the extra detailed parts.
Looks like their is nothing extra included such as an Robert Downey head or a stand

If these plastic/metal Robots and exo-power suits keep rising up in cost
I will soon expect them to start doing the laundry or mowing the lawn.
