Won't happen until 2015 the earliest. Bandai is well aware of the desire to have them make the Kaiju in monsterarts and the jaegers is whatever robot line of theirs they see fits them best. NECA will have the toy license until 2015, that is, if they decide not to renew it for a few more years since PR is a very hot seller for them right now.
I know, many of us want Bandai to take a whack at Pacific Rim because Neca's current PR figures are lacking and have shitty quality. In the PR toy thread on tfw2005, almost everyone's Jaegers have broken right out of the package. The most recent pages have covered 3 defective Striker Eurekas with shattered hip joints, 2 battle-damaged Gipsy Dangers with broken chain swords, and 2 regular Gipsy Dangers with messed up ankles. Despite their rarity and high resale aftermarket going price, I am afraid to buy these toys.
