Actually, it reminds me more of a "-OO"-styled version of the Mercurius mobile suit from "Gundam Wing".

Oh, and for the record, this is not a Gundam-named mobile suit; it's a mass-production general-purpose "Please blow me up!" mobile suit that belongs to a rival faction in the series. It is called the GNX-704T Ahead, and what you see here is its standard equipment layout- the chest, shoulder, & head armor, and the beam rifle & shield can be swapped out into a customized layout.

Also according to MAHQ, this one seems to be powered by the same high-tech, mystical generator that the Gundam Exia & Co. are- the EN Drive.

GN* Drive actually. The Feddie suits, however, use a GN-Tau drive, which doesn't have a TD Blanket. Without the TD Blanket, the GN Particles have a bad effect on the human body. They also have to be recharged before being sortied. Celestial Beings drives, however, are near-infinite energy sources.

I guess I was thinking of "Exteel" when I wrote that- the energy-measurement units in that game are called "EN". ^_^;
