Gunmm (Battle Angel Alita) figure and book from Shueisya

Here's where I show my age and out myself as an old fart. One of my favorite translated Manga was "Battle Angel Alita" published by VIZ comics. This was back before the trend of putting out thick, smaller format books. I bought each and every individual 32 page issue, one every month, religiously.

Unfortunately, there hasn't been any real "Toy" of Alita yet. Battle Angel Alita is known as GUNMM in Japan and the title character is known as "Gally".

This toy comes with a book called "Yukito Kishiro 'Gunmm anecdote'"

The figure is 130mm tall, and the set will be released in late December for 4,743 yen.
