Whadd'ya know, the didn't deploy its arms in gerwalk mode to underline its non-combat orientation, just like VT-1 Super Ostrich. I wonder if they'll provide it with missiles and gunpod, it would be quite cool.

Blue VF-1A and mass production VF-1D

In the virgin road episode, Max and Milia are actually in a 2-seater VF-1A. The VF-1D is actually the mass production brown ones.

That's just an animation mistake. It was always meant to be a VF-1D and the brown VF-1Ds are supposed to be VF-1As.
