Each month we make decisions on what toys we are going to get to cover. What toys do YOU want to see covered? What's coming up that you want to take a look at? This is the place to let us know what you want to see. Your responses can help shape what's featured on the site in the future!

ES Gokin and SOC Tobikage mecha

If there's anything I'm very interested in CDX covering, it's Fewture's ES Gokin/Alloy figures. These SD masterpieces seem to be awesome, but I'ld love to have confirmation about the amount of diecast and the quality.

And although they might be on the way, I'm also very curious about the various SOC Tobikage releases- there's a lot of Japanese coverage but I really want to see them (again) fully reviewed in English.

We should be covering all SRC

We should be covering all SRC releases going forward. We had a slow start due to some shipping issues, but we'll be caught up with them soon.

We did the ES Gokin Godam, and it was great, so we'll likely continue to review the line.

Completing Toy Lines

I would like for us to finish up reviewing some of the Toy Lines such as Soul of Chogokin and Wheeled Warriors.

I only need two more Spiral Zone sets to complete the series as it would be great to review all the toys of a particular line of toys as opposed to reviewing just a handful and just letting it hang. I'm more concerned with the older and vintage toys than completing newer toylines. I just wish we could be more complete in certain toy lines.

Cheers!

Hmmm..

You do realize how expensive it'd be to review every SOC there is, right?

Only 29 SOC reviews to go

CDX has only 29 SOC reviews to go and half of those are very standard releases like GX02, Venus A, etc.

This list excludes rare one-offs and premiums under 10 releases. That is a separate category until themselves and the buying public will generally never have a chance to buy one in the first place anyway so there isn't any reason to review those.

But the other 29 are generally not that difficult to locate or expensive to purchase or some of the reviewers already own them but just haven't review them.

I would like to see CDX more complete with certain toy lines and I believe SOC could be completed if we put some effort into it.

SOC to review in the future here:

I'll have GX01B up next week sometime.

I really want to see that GX-05 Daikyu Maryu review as that seems like such a fun release.

Cheers

SRC's

Yes, I'm really looking forward to more SRC reviews. I've held out getting into SOC due to pricing and difficulty into finding older releases. But these new SRC's seem to be a great alternative to get into the genre.

The only one I'm missing out of my collection is the Shining Shadow. I don't know how I missed that one. Now the after market price price is 300+ Not sure now I'll ever get her!

I have the rest of the wheeled warriors photographed. I didn't want to dump them all at the same time last year. It's probably time to bring them back.

It would be nice to see Collection DX doing a review on the NECA Ed 209. I wanna see how it compares to the Hot Toys version.

I'm still waiting for a Gx-06 review.
Funny thing is I can't find a proper review of it all over the net.

Gunpla Coming

Sorry to Gundamjack the thread for a moment, but I just want to say that I have some Gunpla that I'm reviewing I know some readers will love. There's no guarantee of how soon I'll have these done, but I've already set place markers for a few of them in the content section. To name a few:

Master Grade:
"Complete" Astray Red Frame. This is one of my big projects almost two years in the making. I built the Red Frame Kai and came back to it with the Bandai Premium Online Exclusive 'regular' version that I'm doing as a big 'all in one' review.
I also have the third party "Weapon Unit" (safe name for the Caletvwlch) made by the BTF group I'm going to do as a stand alone article since it's NOT OFFICIALLY made.

Sazabi "Ver Ka:" It's big, and I'm doing a lot of trim painting. I've had to put it down for a while because I'm in the middle of a few other more important things outside of the shop but the wait will be worth it.

High Grade:
Kshatriya: Something I promised my sister I'd do for her favorite character.

Byarlant Custom: It's been built for almost four months now, but I've been side tracked on completing my review of it. I have an article written, but I need to take photographs.

Real Grade:
GP01: My first Real Grade! Still a massive Work In Progress. It's also serving as a test bed for my Perfect Grade model which I am going to build one day.
