Anime Boston 2016

Anime Boston is always a wonderful experience for me and 2016 was no different.

I ran my "Ride of the Valkyries: A Guide to the Mecha of Macross" again, with even more content to get ready for Macross Delta! I later joined my fellow robot-lovers to discuss the non-Gundam works of director Yoshiyuki Tomino! He's really a nice guy, who lets the characters in his show live more often than not. The last panel I contributed to is the legendary "All the Mecha You'll Ever Need" presentation. Five mecha maniacs with attitude combined their knowledge of giant robots to recommend all kinds of cool anime and manga like Five Star Stories, Dougram, and Argevollen. The whole convention is always a whirlwind of activity for me, but I managed to walk away with some more amazing anime cels! Check 'em out!

The two top cels are from Macross 7 and feature the lovely Flower Girl and Nekki Basara. On the bottom is a powerful image of the gigantic Psycho Gundam from Zeta Gundam!
