Fun the things I missed out

Fun the things I missed out on seeing the first time that I don't feel ashamed to have not seen!

HE-MAN! HE-MAN!

What was that at the end? Like, the Love Theme From He-Man?

*****

The only bit of He-Man I remember was the one episode where some rock monsters somehow get ahold of He-Man's sword. Hijinks ensue, but at the end of the episode He-Man tracks them down and says something like "swords are very dangerous, you shouldn't just play with them", and the rock monsters are like "you're right, swords are bad" so they toss the Sword Of Power into a lava pit. The He-man is all "wait, swords are bad for YOU, not for ME". A fun little subversive message for the kids.

Oh wait, there was also the episode where someone gets trapped inside a computer. He-Man fixes it by punching the computer until it explodes.

Homo Erotic-man

I need to preface this with lancer in robotech. He's gay or at least as gay as can be clearly shown in a cartoon besides showing him drill holes in walls at rest stops. I've never heard anyone say a word about him. He's like Morpheus, just happens to be different everyone can absorb it and move on.

He-man on the other hand just has such a huge vibe that makes people point and scream. The big Jim line not only had the battle cat mold but an early version of man e faces too. The big Jim figure itself wore tiny shorts and had rubber arms that flexed. The gimmick was feeling his muscles. Are you sure he-man was too muscular?
