7 comments postedI haven't listened to this one yet, but if there isn't a Dr. Pepper reference, myself and the entire kaiju fan community will be personally insulted.
Feedback on feedback: regarding "ST," have you ever seen toys out there with "ST" in the name to imply that they're "standard?" I believe a while ago it was established that the "ST" moniker was a result of gaijin collectors misinterpreting the "Safety Tested" logo.
We sure as hell were not going to use Takara's STD for standard and also remember that we are using the choking hazard warning from the back of Japanese toy boxes as our logo... But ST is BOTH "safe toy" and standard, you will sometimes see Bandai products with both them. But whatever, "safe toy" is also a hilarious meaning for our off topic podcasts.
